According to a building permit, T-Mobile will be opening its first Lincoln store in the building at 2820 Pine Lake Road that houses a Valentino’s and an Eat Fit Go.

The Lincoln Olive Oil Shop is going to reopen in the Haymarket.

It won’t be in the same space, but it will be close. The owners said on Facebook that the new location will be in the Creamery Building at Seventh and P streets.

The owners hope to be open by the end of this month or early next month.

* According to a building permit filed earlier this week, T-Mobile is planning its first Lincoln retail store. According to the permit, the store will be at 2820 Pine Lake Road, Suite 3. That’s in the new building that has Valentino’s and Eat Fit Go.

* Blu Velvet women’s clothing boutique is moving from University Place to the Shoppes at Piedmont at 1265 S. Cotner Blvd. According to its Facebook page, the shop will be open in the new location Aug. 1.
