Consumer shares were mixed ahead of the opening bell Friday.
In consumer stocks news, Long Island Iced Tea ( LTEA ), a purveyor of bottled iced teas, Thursday reported it has hired Rob Stefanizzi as vice president of the New York region, and that Stefanizzi will bring with him a team of industry professionals to work as dedicated area sales managers.
Shares in the company were unchanged at $4.11 in pre-market trade. The stock has traded between $3.54 and $6.68 over the past 52 weeks.
