On the one year anniversary of becoming the permanent CPS Energy CEO, the board approved a raise for Paula Gold-Williams.
Gold-Williams is currently paid a base salary of $415,000, but effective August 1, 2017 will be getting $445,000 annually.
She will also be paid $290,000 in incentives for 2017, for meeting certain marks set forth by the board.
Gold-Williams will have a pay for performance matrix going forward allowing her to earn well over the $445,000 base salary.
Former CPS Energy CEO Doyle Beneby was offered a $739,000 compensation package in 2015, but he did not stay with the utility.
The board of trustees offered up many accolades, commending Gold-Williams for performance.
