Prashant Chaudhary , CTO, Guiddoo, told ET that the company was currently working on a white-label software product that would help travel agents with managing their queries and bookings in a more streamlined manner.
“We work closely with travel agents and realised that a large number of them are not using technology, but are keen to do so,” said Chaudhary.
This would be a customer relationship management (CRM) product that is currently being tested with a few users. It will also offer assistance with other processes like accounting and customising of travel packages.
“With automation, we can do away with the element of human error and improve the overall CRM process,” he added. The company would also help in getting them online by assisting with creating websites, etc.
