Sept. 5 (UPI) — A Japanese YouTube user turned two calculators into musical instruments to put on a surprising performance of “Despacito.”

YouTube user It’s a small world shared a video recreating Luis Fonsi and Daddy Yankee’s record-breaking hit songs with the tone from two Chinese AR7778 calculators.

The YouTube musician frantically tapped on each calculator’s number keys to produce electronic tones that eerily mimicked the sound of the chart-topping song.

The remix of “Despacito,” featuring Canadian pop star Justin Bieber, tied the record for most weeks at No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 chart on Aug. 30 after spending 16 weeks atop the chart.

It’s a small world also used the two calculators to reproduce other hit songs, including Ed Sheeran‘s “Shape of You,” and Smash Mouth’s “All Star.”

The user’s channel also features songs performed on three calculators and a toy piano.
