Man behind Boerne billboard says ‘mainstream liberal media’ is trying to impeach Trump

A Boerne man is so fed up with what he calls “the mainstream liberal media,” he’s put up a second billboard calling attention to the issue.

The billboard, off Interstate 10 in Boerne, reads: “Do you think premeditated acts of subversion against the United States of America are protected by the first amendment?”

The billboard is the brainchild of Kyle Courtney, owner of C&C Groundwater Services and Wellstar Groundwater Technologies.

The sign is located on I-10 at Buckskin Drive in Boerne and was put up in August, two months after his first billboard, which read: “ABC News: I grew up with you. We are through. The Russians didn’t elect Donald Trump. I did.”

In a statement to mySA.com, Courtney said the media was trying to impeach the president.

“What we are seeing is a systematic character assassination of The President by the mainstream liberal media,. They will do anything to impeach Donald Trump,” he said. “For the first six months of Trump’s Presidency they said Republicans were Russians, that didn’t work so now they are labeling Republicans as racist. They are completely unaccountable to the public because they’re indebted to special interests. They foster hatred, they cover hatred, and they exploit hatred.”
