“There’s a couple of locations we’re looking at,” he said on his Snapchat channel. “One is UK, one is Dubai & one is the USA. We should find out in the next few days.”

He added: “The fight is going to be for the WBO title and it’s a fight I know I can win. I know a lot about Manny Pacquiao.”

Khan added: “My team an I have agreed terms with Manny Pacquiao and his team for a super fight”

Khan, 30, was confident of fighting Pacquiao two years after the eight-weight world champion pulled out of a proposed clash between the pair.

However he had been waiting on WBO welterweight king Pacquiao to sign his end of the deal to make the fight happen.

Pacquiao, 38, was under pressure from fans to face two-time light-welterweight champion Khan after the Bolton fighter topped an online poll to choose his next opponent.

Khan’s team, which has been boosted by the return of Asif Vali, spoke to Arum last month when they were in Las Vegas for Carl Frampton’s defeat to Leo Santa Cruz.

Khan’s initial plan was to have a tune-up fight following hand surgery in the wake of his brutal KO by Saul ‘Canelo’ Alvarez, but he would jump at the chance to fight Pacquiao, who was his training partner at Freddie Roach’s Wildcard gym in Los Angeles.
