Niu Solutions, the leading provider of IT consultancy and infrastructure services, has today announced that it has been awarded the IBM Gold Level Partnership.
Niu Solutions has been in partnership with IBM for 15 years, and is one of three UK based companies to have been recognised by IBM as a growth initiative partner due to its innovative use of cloud technology. Additionally, Niu has been granted Cloud Platform Specialist status with IBM due to its ability to deliver cloud solutions to an exceptionally high standard.
IBM recently changed the definitions of its business partnership model in terms of both capability and competency. To achieve gold partnership, businesses must obtain accreditation from a sales and technical level, and have referenceable customers. The competency aspect recognises those who have excelled in their field, distinguishing them from competitors and acknowledging their innovation when introducing new technology streams.
As a long-standing partner of IBM, Niu Solutions was one of the first UK companies to partner with IBM’s BlueMix platform. Through access to these programs, Niu has been able to work with a range of firms across the financial services and retail sectors to help them reach their business goals. Niu’s recent work includes establishing a highly resilient data centre for Mi-Pay, the digital e-commerce payments and security services specialist, and supporting Virgin Money to enhance its intermediary mortgage portal.
Adam Kobeissi, Products and Services Director at Niu Solutions said:
“We are delighted to have been upgraded to the Gold Level Partnership and to be recognised for our cloud capabilities following positive feedback from both employees and customers. We have worked closely with IBM over a number of years and have established a strong relationship, helping us to drive and deliver innovative cloud solutions. Being recognised as a cloud specialist allows us to distinguish ourselves from competitors and confirms our ability to implement cloud services to the highest of standards.
“By partnering with IBM we can help our clients introduce technology, such as cloud services, that enable them to stay ahead of the curve. Our specialist flexible technologies also allow our clients overcome their business challenges and ensure they remain competitive.”
