No. 15 Kentucky Welcomes FAU For Conference USA Weekend Play – LEX18.com

LEXINGTON, Ky. – Fifteenth-ranked Kentucky will look to build on its winning ways in Conference USA when the Florida Atlantic Owls visit The Bell on Sunday.

First touch is slated for 12:05 p.m. and the gates will open an hour before.

The match will be streamed live via BeIN Sports .

The setup
Florida Atlantic will arrive in Lexington with a record of 1-4-0 (1-1-0). The Owls are coming off a 3-0 conference loss to Old Dominion.

Kentucky 5-1-2 (2-0-0) most recently drew Xavier 1-1 (2OT) on Wednesday night. Kentucky is coming off two wins against C-USA opposition beating UAB 1-0 and at New Mexico 1-0 each of the past two weekends.

The history
Kentucky leads the all-time series 4-0-1 against FAU.

UK has outscored the Owls 14-2 all-time.

The logistics 

Sunday marks youth day at The Bell with $1 tickets for ages 6-18 including a drawstring bag giveaway to the first 250 children.

Fans who attend the UK football game v Florida will can take advantage of free admission when showing their ticket from the game.

Tickets are $5 for the general public and $2 for youth and seniors. Fans can purchase tickets online via Ticketmaster or by calling (800) 928-2287, or at the ticket window at The Bell.

The first 150 students in the Blue ReBELLion will receive thundersticks.

Early arriving fans will receive the fifth edition in a nine-match series of individual match posters.

Students can take advantage of a free shuttle picking up at two campus locations — The 90 and the Wildcat Statue on Avenue of Champions across from Memorial Coliseum/adjacent to Bowman’s Den.

Fans will have the opportunity to get the autographs from the UK sophomore class on the side of the pitch following the match – weather permitting.

Parking for the match is first come first serve, located outside the stadium’s main entrance and in the Kroger Field blue and green lots with continuous shuttle service running from car parks up to the front gates of The Bell beginning at 11:05 p.m.

The shuttle will continue until one hour after the match.

Kentucky Athletics is excited to utilize ticket scanning at The Bell this season. Season ticket holders receive individual game barcoded tickets to be scanned on game day.

Season tickets are still available for $30 through UKAthletics.com/tickets and grant holders admission into all UK men’s and women’s soccer regular-season games.
