ALL-IN-1 ESTATE SALES
Rebecca Corder offers one recommendation for people liquidating a friend or relative’s estate, especially when military memorabilia is involved.
“We ask people to not throw out anything until we can look at it,” Corder said.
Corder has the knowledge and experience with military memorabilia, particularly pre-1980, and she works to find a buyer for those items.
“It’s preserving history, and it’s something we’re qualified to do,” she added.
Corder and business partner Chris Schaefer took their part-time estate sale business to full-time in March. They also brought in Schaefer’s wife, Jan Schaefer, a certified residential specialist with Berkshire Hathaway Home Services PenFed Realty.
“For those customers needing to sell their property as well as the need for an estate sale, we can provide the ultimate package,” Corder said. “Or we work independent of each other depending on the customer’s need.”
All-In-1 Estate Sales also extends beyond traditional estate sales, turning to Internet-based options for the best price.
“Some items won’t sell in an estate sale,” Corder said, with Chris Schaefer applying his knowledge of where items are in demand.

RENT ME RV LLC
If recreational vehicle life beckons but you aren’t ready to jump in full-on, then a three-day rental may help in the decision.
“The first time we did this, we rented an RV and went to a NASCAR race,” said Debbie Stretch.
She and her husband, Bob Stretch, opened Rent Me RV on July 5, offering towable campers.
“We do a three-day minimum,” Stretch said. “It’s great for somebody to do if they’re considering purchasing. It gives them an idea of what it’s all about.”
Stretch and her husband continue with their other careers with Keller Williams Realty Emerald Coast, but Rent Me RV represents something they have thought about for a while.
“I think it’s really cool,” Stretch said. “I’m excited.”
Although open for only a few weeks, she said that people have found uses for the RVs beyond comfort-camping adventures.
“We have already rented to somebody who was having a family reunion,” Stretch said, noting that the RV served as extra housing space for guests.
In addition to the rentals, Rent Me RV stocks each trailer with pots, pans and linens for the beds.
