The most-read rental property advertisement on the website amassed almost 14,000 views in just three weeks.
One two-bedroom apartment in Donabate clocked up over 12,000 views in the first two days on the website, while another one-bedroom apartment in Tallaght was viewed over 14,000 times in in its first three days on the site.
The report obtained by Independent.ie, which shows the most-read rental properties last week on the site, features apartments in Finglas, Donabate, Tallaght and Drumcondra, as well as a “corporate luxury penthouse” in Galway.
The rental property with the most views on the ad website was a two-bed apartment in Drumcondra which was uploaded to the website three weeks ago.
It amassed almost 14,000 views in the three weeks.
The most expensive apartment on the most-viewed list is a the luxury penthouse in Galway City, which is advertised for €3,000 per month.
The property is furnished with three double bedrooms and three bathrooms.
It is described as a “brand new deluxe apartment in the heart of the city centre with amazing panoramic views” and counts parking, cable television and a garden/patio and balcony among its facilities.
The most expensive Dublin apartment listed is the Tallaght one bedroom apartment which is listed for €1,350 a month, which is below the average Dublin rent bill of €1,668.
The furnished apartment is available for a minimum of one year and is described as a “contemporary styled one bed apartments in the heart of old Tallaght Village”.
“These fabulous new apartments will immediately impress you with their design, well-proportioned rooms and high specification through-out. Each apartment has been tastefully designed with custom designed fitted kitchens, generously tiled kitchens & bathrooms,” the advert reads.
