The Georgia Tech basketball program will host their top target of the 2018 recruiting class on Saturday.
Small-forward Nassir Little is one of the top talents in the country in the 2018 recruiting class. Depending who you ask, Little could even be a top-ten talent as 247Sports has the 6-foot-7 forward as the seventh best prospect.

Earlier this month, Little announced his top five programs in his recruitment and would take official visits to each program. Those final five programs were Arizona, Duke, Georgia Tech, North Carolina, and Miami.
The first official visit up for Little is Georgia Tech as he will be visiting campus this upcoming Saturday. That being said, Little is no stranger to the Georgia Tech campus as he visited Tech’s campus on an unofficial visit last October and once last August as well.
Head coach Josh Pastner has made Little one of his biggest recruiting priorities over the last two years, staying in touch with the Orlando native including three in-home visits over the course of the last year as well.
While talking about any sort of commitment is premature by any stretch, Little would become the Jackets best-recruiting prospect since 2012 when five-star power forward Robert Carter committed to the Yellow Jackets. Carter, of course, would last just one season at Tech before transferring to Maryland.

The Yellow Jackets are in a great spot for Little being the second closest school to Little’s home in Orlando. The other more personal aspect for Little and Georgia Tech is that he reportedly has family in the Atlanta area.
With Little not signing until April according to AJC’s Ken Sugiura, the Jackets have plenty of time to convince Little that Georgia Tech is the place for him to be.
