ShopKeep CEO Michael DeSimone to Participate at 19th Annual KeyBanc Capital Markets Global Technology Leadership Forum

The panel, entitled “E-Commerce:
Brick and Mortar Turning Digital
,” falls within the Internet
Consumer & FinTech track of the forum and is scheduled to take place at
the Vail Village in Vail, Colo. on August 7 at 4:00 p.m. Mountain Time.
With consumer spending increasingly shifting towards e-commerce,
establishing an effective digital presence has grown critical for
businesses – particularly for small and medium size merchants. This
panel will feature DeSimone, joined by industry leaders and experts
across the retail and financial technology sectors, exploring the
consumer- and technology-driven evolution occurring in commerce and
sharing insights on the necessary success dynamics for businesses in

DeSimone is a global chief executive, with more than 25 years of
experience working within the financial services and technology
industry. Prior to joining ShopKeep, Michael was President and CEO of
Borderfree, where he was responsible for the overall strategic direction
including the company’s transformation from an online currency
conversion service to a provider of global ecommerce solutions. He led
Borderfree through its successful IPO in 2014 and its sale to Pitney
Bowes in 2015.
