R. Bradley Peiffer, an attorney, has joined Thomas, Thomas & Hafer’s Harrisburg office as an associate. He will concentrate his practice in the area of general liability. Before joining Thomas, Thomas, & Hafer LLP, Peiffer served in the York County Office of the Public Defender as legal counsel from 2012 to 2017. Prior to that position, he worked as a certified legal intern and as a court reporter.
Regina Coia was named Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Homesale Realty’s president of realty operations. She comes to her position from the greater Philadelphia market, where she most recently served Coldwell Banker Preferred as president. Coia oversaw the operations of nine offices in three states and more than 600 agents and staff for Coldwell Banker.
Penny Johnston of Shermans Dale is now affiliated with the Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage office in Carlisle. As an affiliated real estate agent, Johnston will provide residential real estate services in communities across Cumberland and Perry counties. Johnston has chosen a career in real estate after extensive experience in administration and customer service.
