Solihull hotel set for multi-million-pound expansion

Russell WBHO has been appointed to deliver a multi-million-pound extension of Village Hotel Club Solihull, adding 48 new bedrooms in the latest phase of the hotel group’s nationwide investment programme.

The four-storey expansion will be connected to the existing hotel via a new link bridge, with the hotel remaining open and fully operational throughout the build.

Work is already underway and is expected to be completed by March 2026.

Our approach at Solihull mirrors the proven methods being delivered in Ashton with a focus on quality, safety, and minimising disruption for guests and staff.”

The project follows ongoing work by Russell WBHO at Village Hotel Ashton in Greater Manchester, where a similar extension is set to be completed by November 2025.

Russell WBHO has delivered over 2,500 hotel rooms in the last ten years for brands including Accor, Premier Inn, Fairmont, Holiday Inn, and Radisson.
