Joshua Field has been appointed to the role of head of credit by Albatross Lending Group.
He joins from Ortus Secured Finance, where he spent more than five years as associate director of lending, and he has previously worked at Oblix Capital and Nationwide Building Society.
Albatross pointed to his experience in credit management and leadership skills, noting that the lender is determined to attract top talent and strengthen its leadership team ahead of the forthcoming announcement of its new funding structure.

He continued: “His appointment reflects our dedication to assembling a world-class team capable of navigating the evolving landscape of specialist lending.”
