Grade II listed property in Whitehaven set to go under hammer

The property, located at 51 Roper Street and 14 Coates Lane, is described as ‘in need of modernisation throughout’ but offers ‘great investment potential’.

The building, featuring a ground-floor shop and a self-contained flat upstairs, will go under the hammer with a guide price of £35,000 to £45,000.

The building was formerly home to Mason’s, which was first opened in 1973.

It will be available at auction on February 13, 2025 at The Halston Hotel in Carlisle.
