Property deal brings indoor football arena to industrial estate

Commercial property and investment company, LCP, part of M Core, has brokered a deal to bring Soccer Shack to Kingsfield Park, the industrial estate in Northampton.

Soccer Shack has secured a five-year lease for a 20,925 sq ft unit, which has been transformed into an indoor football arena.

It’s innovative indoor football arena concept aligns well with other repurposed industrial buildings on the estate.
