Property exceeds guide price in recent auction

A four-bedroom detached house in Fareham sold for £233,000, £13,000 more than expected.

The house, located in Spurlings Road on the River Wallington’s bank, was one of 165 lots listed in the July auction by Clive Emson Auctioneers.

Byrne Runciman acted as joint agents.

The next auction run by Clive Emson, the sixth out of eight this year, commenced on September 16, concluding two days later.

The deadline for lot entries was August 27, and the catalogue became live from August 31.
