Fernbrook, the 50ha Wildes Meadow estate, has been sold by Ray Harris, the retired vice-president of American Express Asia-Pacific, and his wife, Robyn.

The Myra Vale Rd property secured around $8.8m through James Hall at Savills in conjunction with Gene Fairbanks of Ray White.

The five-bedroom, three-bathroom home saw Rod Ellis draw design inspiration from New England architecture.
