Litecoin Falls 10% In Rout By Investing.com

Investing.com – Litecoin was trading at $40.85 by 00:57 (04:57 GMT) on the Investing.com Index on Saturday, down 10.02% on the day. It was the largest one-day percentage loss since February 5.

The move downwards pushed Litecoin’s market cap down to $3.17B, or 0.15% of the total cryptocurrency market cap. At its highest, Litecoin’s market cap was $25.61B.

Litecoin had traded in a range of $40.85 to $44.01 in the previous twenty-four hours.

Over the past seven days, Litecoin has seen a drop in value, as it lost 21.2%. The volume of Litecoin traded in the twenty-four hours to time of writing was $469.13M or 0.28% of the total volume of all cryptocurrencies. It has traded in a range of $40.8508 to $52.7255 in the past 7 days.

At its current price, Litecoin is still down 90.27% from its all-time high of $420.00 set on December 12, 2017.

Bitcoin was last at $59,988.9 on the Investing.com Index, down 5.65% on the day.

Tether USDt was trading at $1.0005 on the Investing.com Index, a gain of 0.15%.

Bitcoin’s market cap was last at $1,194.75B or 58.20% of the total cryptocurrency market cap, while Tether USDt’s market cap totaled $187.12B or 9.11% of the total cryptocurrency market value.
