Investing.com — Andersen Group Inc. () shares fell 2.8% Monday following the company’s announcement of six acquisitions in Mexico and the United States.

The professional services firm disclosed the purchase of Andersen Mexico, a tax and legal firm, along with five U.S.-based Andersen Consulting firms—Clareon, BD Emerson, Daniels Consulting Group, Endeavor Management and Zenger Folkman. The transactions are expected to contribute approximately $34.5 million in annualized revenue.

The acquisitions increase total annualized revenue from deals announced since Andersen’s first quarter update to approximately $67 million. The transactions are expected to close in the fourth quarter of 2026.

The Andersen Mexico acquisition expands the firm’s presence in North America, while the five U.S. consulting firms add capabilities across artificial intelligence and digital transformation, strategy and innovation, enterprise and finance transformation, cybersecurity, and human capital services.

Andersen Consulting now includes more than 37,000 professionals globally. The company said it continues to evaluate more than 27 consulting firms in various stages of discussion and integration.

“The acquisition of Andersen Mexico strengthens our tax and legal platform in one of North America’s most important markets, while the addition of five Andersen Consulting firms expands our capabilities across high-growth consulting disciplines,” said Mark L. Vorsatz, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Andersen Group Inc.

The company said acquisitions are expected to remain a driver of growth alongside organic expansion. Andersen’s presence spans more than 180 countries through its global platform of member and collaborating firms, with over 3,000 partners and 50,000 professionals across more than 1,000 locations.
