As Stonehollow Workshop continues its roadmap revamp for indie MMORPG Eterspire over the rest of 2026, it’s also continuing with its planned content cadence, which means the v80 patch, dubbed Of Rabbits and Wolves, has launched today. At the heart of the update are two new questlines for midbies and highbies: Level 145 toons can take on Catch Me If You Can in Ashford Port, while level 48s can begin The Wolf Hunt in Dorthian’s Drinkery.
The update also boasts a slew of controller support additions, UI improvements on Apple TV, “several substantial performance improvements to general gameplay, chat and friends lists tweaks, a new feedback chat command, and the new community event shop, which allows players to spend a new currency called manu coins for past event items. How do you get manu coins? Participating in events, of course.
As a bonus, “Eldia in Stonehollow is no longer on fire.” Patch notes are fun.
As for the near future, we’re still expecting the new woodcutting lifeskill to debut in just a few short weeks. “The next Eterspire update will arrive on September 1st, as we finally transition to our new update schedule that keeps our usual pace while standardizing the day of the week each update releases,” the studio reminds fans.
