A MILLION-pound mansion has been put on the market for a massively reduced price, but it comes with a catch.
The five-bedroom property in Broughty Ferry, Dundee, is set to go under the hammer.

The listed building was originally valued at around £1.4million.
But auctioneers have listed it with a massive knock-off price.
The mansion has a guide price of just £500,000.
It was originally up went up for auction in April but will be under the hammer AGAIN on September 3.
The large Victorian home features front-facing bay windows and stunning stone features.
The new owner will also get an indoor swimming pool.
It is being marketed towards builders and developers, with a bit of work still needing to be done inside.
Auctioneers say the home has “development potential” with some renovation work still needing done.
But perhaps the biggest catch is the mansion’s underworld history.
Last year, two men appeared in court charged with their criminal activities inside the derelict structure.
The pair had tuned the stately home into a giant cannabis farm.
The illicit set-up was estimated to be worth around £649,000.
Weed plants were being grown in 14 rooms across the mansion on Victoria Road.
Prosecutors told the court cops recovered 316 fully grown plants and 332 plants at an earlier growth stage.

THE Broughty Ferry mansion isn;t the only home on the market with a unique past.
A historic Scottish castle has been put on the market for a bargain price – but potential buyers will have to share the space with a “friendly ghost”.
Wester Kames Castle located in Port Bannatyne, Isle of Bute, is up for offers over £475,000.
It dates from around 1500, but was reconstructed and refurbished in the 19th century.
The Category A listed building has a tower that stands four storeys high, with a five-storey stair tower at the nortwest.
The property boasts four spacious bedrooms on the upper floors, with the main bedroom on the fourth floor exclusively.
But potential buyers might have to share their living space with a friendly ghost.
A description on property sight Rightmove makes no mention of the mansion’s criminal past.
It reads: “A unique development opportunity in Broughty Ferry which offers a rare chance to step into a partly completed project.
“Broughty Ferry is a highly sought-after area in Dundee known for its charm, vibrant community, and stunning waterfront.
