Downing Property Finance appoints new investment director – The Intermediary

Downing Property Finance has appointed Will Powell as an investment director, continuing its expansion of the development finance team.

Powell will be responsible for originating new development finance transactions across England and Wales, as Downing aims to be the leading lending partner for brokers and developers throughout the UK.

He brings over 10 years of experience in the development finance sector, having been an early member of the Hampshire Trust Bank property finance team, where he worked closely with brokers and developers.
