Kuflink hits £350m investment milestone
Kuflink has reached the £350m investment milestone, following strong growth in the first half of 2024.
The peer-to-peer property lender also revealed that it has grown its loan book by around 10 per cent and attracted more than £34m in investment over the first half of the year.

“We have collected more than £34m over the first half of 2024, which has been returned to qualifying investors, allowing continuing investment in the new loans we have made available to our investors and completed for our borrowers.
“Since the end of 2023 we have grown our loan book by around 10 per cent and made 132 deals available to our platform investors who continue to support this growth.

Kuflink’s latest achievements come after the firm reported record annual profit in its latest financial results.
It posted profit of more than £1.8m in the 12 months to 30 June 2023, more than double the £729,122 profit for the previous year.
