SRS Legal advises on Oxy Capital investment in Sword Health

SRS Legal has advised Oxy Capital on its investment in Sword Health.

Sword Health is a Portuguese ‘unicorn’ in the health sector, specialised and pioneer in artificial intelligence care (IA Care) and digital physiotherapy, which raised 30 million dollars in this investment round – in addition to 100 million dollars in a secondary round –, which currently values the company at three billion dollars.

The team at SRS Legal was led by Gustavo Ordonhas Oliveira and Paulo Bandeira, both partners of the Private Equity & Venture Capital team at SRS Legal.
