President Japarov visits site of construction of apartment blocks under State Mortgage Program in Jalal-Abad

AKIPRESS.COM – Presidenr Sadyr Japarov visited the site of construction of the residential complex in the town of Jalal-Abad carried out by the State Mortgage Company as part of his working trip to Jalal-Abad region.

The complex occupies 1.6 ha area. It will include 639 apartments with overall area of 34,500 sq m. The complex will have a parking lot and children’s playground.

President Sadyr Japarov said the state will increase construction of social housing in future to provide apartments to citizens through concessional mortgage loans. Construction of high-rise apartment blocks will begin across the country to this end.
