Commercial property agent moves to new office location at Pride Park
A firm of Derby-based commercial property agents have recently moved to a new office location.
Salloway Property Consultants has bought acquired new premises on Royal Scot Road, on Pride Park.
The new office has been designed to accommodate the growth of Salloway’s property management division and to expand its land development segment, both of which are experiencing increased demand from clients.
Managing director Stephen Salloway said: “We have been based on Pride Park since 2005 when we were the very first commercial property agent to move here. But of course, our association with Pride Park goes back in further than that with our links to the stadium and soccer dome. With such strong links to the area, it seems very fitting that the future of our company is being shaped so close to the site of a deal that was significant in our history.
“Our new office space will allow us to expand our property management division, where we work with landlords and investors who prefer a hands-off approach to their portfolios. We are also experiencing an upturn in demand for our strategic land service from a range of landowners whose holdings have development potential. Consequently, our new office provides space to grow.
“2024 promises to be an interesting year with a general election looming and inflation falling, hopefully followed by a reduction in interest rates. The commercial property market appears to be responding positively as confidence begins to return and everyone at Salloway Property Consultants is primed and ready to deliver our uniquely tailored services from our new offices. All that remains now is for the Rams to secure promotion and lift Pride Park and the city of Derby into the next division.”
