Property firm appointed on Birmingham city centre apartment scheme

Principle Estate Management has been appointed to oversee a development in Birmingham city centre, featuring two 15 and 45 storey towers that will house 581 one and two-bedroom apartments.

After a tender process, specialist developer Court Collaboration awarded the contract for the project, known as Brindley Drive (Edition), to Principle.

The two towers, named Park Residence and Centenary Tower, will offer 24/7 concierge and security services.

A 20-metre swimming pool, a spa with a hydra pool, sauna and steam room, as well as a skyline gym and terrace on the 44th floor will be featured.

Additional features include yoga and spin studios, a climbing wall, a podium terrace with a cinema screen and barbecue area, indoor and outdoor co-working spaces, private dining on the 44th floor and a sky lounge on the 45th floor.
