The Bagel Basket on Main Street has been put on the commercial property market.
Owners Stewart and Aileen Currie have owned the well-established business for around 10 years, but it has been trading for more than three decades.
It is known for its excellent breakfasts, filled rolls, soups, bagels, sandwiches, toasties, baked potatoes and burgers.

The leasehold for the property is £150,000 and the rent is £27,000.
