Yuexiu Property Preps for Key 2024 Meeting

Yuexiu Property Co (DE:GUZA) has released an update.

Yuexiu Property Company Limited has announced that its register of members will be closed from June 21 to June 26, 2024, in preparation for the General Meeting on June 26, relating to the previously announced acquisition of a 20% stake in a new metro property project. Shareholders must complete share transfers by June 20 to be eligible to participate in the meeting. The company will distribute relevant materials, including a circular detailing the acquisition and related documents, to shareholders on June 7, 2024.
