AN agricultural building in Armitage could be converted for residential use if plans are approved.

An application has been submitted for the change of use at Yew Tree Farm on Lichfield Road.

A planning statement said:

“This comprises two two-bedroom and three three-bedroom dwellings, with modest curtilages and off-road parking for two cars per dwelling and a turning space to ensure vehicles can leave the site.”

Full details can be found on Lichfield District Council’s planning website.
