Land Sells in Carmel Church Business Park

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 4.84 acres within Carmel Church Business Park on Enterprise Pkwy. and Rogers Clark Blvd. in Ruther Glen (Caroline County), Virginia.

Dean Real Estate Holdings, LLC purchased the acreage from Grant Massie Land Company for $725,000 and plans to utilize the site for outdoor storage.
