DG Institute boss Dominique Grubisa faces negligence claim from Unity Funding

Property and debt spruiking lawyer Dominique Grubisa is facing allegations that her advice about a loan in 2017 to individuals and companies associated with the Mehajer family resulted in a loss.

Unity Funding, a Queensland-based financier for small and medium renovations and developments, is suing Ms Grubisa in the NSW Supreme Court for negligence, breach of retainer or contract, breach of duty, as well as misleading and deceptive conduct. Ms Grubisa denies the allegations and is fighting the claim.
