

Man returned to Derry Crown Court on class A supply charges under a strict electronic tagging and curfew order.
A man has been returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on drug and criminal property charges.
The man who had previously been granted anonymity appeared at a Preliminary Enquiry at Derry Magistrate’s Court today.
He was charged with being concerned in the supply of class A drugs on dates between June 1 2023 and December 2 2024.
He was also charged with possessing criminal property on December 2 2024 namely cash.
It was accepted that there was a case to answer and there were no contrary submissions.
The man said he did not wish to call any witnesses or make any statement at this stage.
He was returned for trial to Derry Crown Court on September 16 and released on condition he has no mobile it Internet enabled device and observed a curfew and wear a tag.
