Positive dynamics were observed across major assets in the cryptocurrency market over the past 24 hours, APA-Economics reports.

Total market capitalization increased by 1.26% during the period, reaching $2.18 trillion.

The price of Bitcoin (BTC), the leading cryptocurrency, rose by 1.29% over the past day to $63,454. Ethereum (ETH) also gained 1.55%, trading at $1,723.

Among the top ten assets, BNB increased by 2.10%, Bitcoin Cash (BCH) by 2.90%, Bittensor (TAO) by 1.09%, and the CoinMarketCap 20 Index (CMC20) by 1.84%.

Among gold-backed digital assets, PAX Gold (PAXG) declined by 0.25% over the past 24 hours, while Tether Gold (XAUt) fell by 0.21%.

One of the strongest performances of the day was recorded by Zcash (ZEC), which gained 4.61% during the period. Meanwhile, Monero (XMR) lost 3.51% of its value.

It should be noted that CoinMarketCap’s Fear & Greed Index remains at 21 points, indicating that fear continues to dominate market sentiment.

Analysts attribute the market’s growth to increased interest in risk assets in recent days, easing expectations regarding interest rates in the United States, and investors returning to purchases of major cryptocurrencies following previous declines.
