Share

BRG announced the appointment of Darin Cabral as chief financial officer, strengthening the firm’s leadership team as it continues expanding its global advisory capabilities and multidisciplinary services. Based in Washington, D.C., Cabral will oversee BRG’s financial strategy and operations. He succeeds David Johnson, who is departing the firm after nearly a decade.

Cabral brings more than 30 years of financial leadership experience across both domestic and international markets. Throughout his career, he has led finance organizations and driven profitable growth, with responsibilities spanning financial operations, mergers and acquisitions integration, and international finance functions across commercial and government contracting sectors.

Prior to joining BRG, Cabral served as chief financial and administrative officer at Constellis, a global security and risk advisory firm. He also held senior finance leadership positions at Peraton, Perspecta, DXC Technology, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, and Hewlett-Packard Company.

The appointment comes as BRG continues to broaden its capabilities and advisory offerings worldwide. The firm provides expertise across economics, disputes and investigations, corporate finance, and performance improvement services, combining consulting professionals, industry specialists, academics, and data scientists to help organizations address complex business challenges.

Cabral holds a Master of Science in Management with a concentration in finance from Purdue University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Kentucky.
