— On June 13, a salon titled “An Invitation from Hainan to Connect with Global Insights: Visions on FTP” was held in Haikou. The event coincided with the six-month landmark of the full implementation of the island-wide special customs operations for the Hainan Free Trade Port (FTP). Three leading international finance and economics content creators, along with an international relations expert, were invited to observe Hainan at a close distance and offer recommendations from a global perspective, presenting to the world a vivid picture of China’s deepened reform, opening-up, and high-quality development.
During the session titled “My Top Discoveries About the Hainan Free Trade Port,” three international guests shared their observations and discoveries after a week-long field trip. They visited the Haikou National High-tech Industrial Development Zone, Ecologic Software Park, Boao Lecheng International Medical Tourism Pilot Zone, and Sanya Central Business District, and also watched the launch of a Long March 5 rocket.
