Mortgage Magic launches AI-assisted sourcing workflow for brokers

Share

Intermediary technology platform, Mortgage Magic, has announced the launch of a fully integrated AI-assisted sourcing workflow.

This update bridges the gap between product sourcing and case management, allowing brokers to identify the right mortgage products without leaving their CRM.

The system automatically matches client fact-find data against live lender product data to present relevant options, but ensures the adviser retains full visibility and control over the final recommendation.

The module also automatically logs every search filter and product selection to the client file, creating a robust audit trail for the FCA.

The sourcing module is available immediately to all Mortgage Magic subscribers and current users can access the new features within their existing dashboard.

Tanjir Sugar, CEO of Mortgage Magic, said: “Mortgage Magic is at the cutting edge of digital transformation, providing brokers with the tools they need to evolve from simple mortgage processing to true business management.

“For too long, the industry has accepted disjointed systems where data has to be entered multiple times. We are committed to changing that narrative. The industry doesn’t need AI that takes over; it needs AI that streamlines the workflow.

“This launch demonstrates our commitment to building an ecosystem where sourcing and compliance are not separate tasks, but a unified journey. We are ensuring that advisers have a platform that handles the heavy lifting of administration, allowing them to focus on what matters most: their clients.”
