Car stolen from outside Banbury property during the early hours

The police are appealing for information after a group of men stole a car from outside a property in Banbury during the early hours of Saturday (June 6).

The light grey Volvo XC90 was taken from outside an address on Oxford Road between 5.45am and 5.55am.

Thankfully, the police have now recovered the vehicle; however, no arrests have been made yet.

A spokesperson for Thames Valley Police said: “Four men in dark clothing made off in a light grey Volvo XC90, partial registration WD75, along Lucky Lane.

“If you saw anything suspicious, or have dashcam, CCTV or doorbell footage from the area, please get in touch by calling 101 or reporting online quoting 43260282589.”
