CBRE dispute: Senior agent Damian Frazzica settles legal battle over alleged misconduct and workplace bullying

A bitter court fight between commercial real estate agency CBRE and one of its most senior agents that included bizarre claims about the death of a pet rabbit and allegations of inappropriate conversations about female colleagues and financial misconduct has ended in a confidential settlement.

The allegations were included in documents filed with the Federal Court by Damian Frazzica, who was a senior manager at CBRE’s Asia Pacific advisory and transaction services division when the action was filed in September,
