Gbp Group: Court Orders Attachment of GBP Group Owner’s Property | Chandigarh News

Chandigarh: The district court has ordered attachment of another property of Anupam Gupta, one of the owners of GBP Group, who is accused of fleeing after taking Rs 1,500 crore of people interested in group’s commercial projects. The ED had brought the case before the special court last year. Gupta has not attended any court hearings. Consequently, the ED documented Gupta’s property for the court, which led to the attachment order.The ED’s investigation has already resulted in the attachment of properties worth approximately Rs 147 crore. tnn
