A total of eight properties were sold in Woodhouse Park, Benchill and Northenden during April, according to the official record published by the Land Registry. The properties spanned from a £185,000 flat on Brayford Road to a home on Morrell Road, which achieved a price of £480,000.

The average house price in the M22 postcode district covering Wythenshawe, Northenden and Sharston Industrial Area was £238,332 in the 12 months to March 2024.
