A property at West Mall that sold for £630,000 tops the list of the most expensive flats recently sold in Bristol. In total, 55 flats were registered as sold in the area in February, with an average price of £284,355. The average price per sq ft ended up at £402.

The properties outlined in the list below consist of flats sold in Bristol. Their deeds were formally recorded with the Land Registry during the month of February, even if the transactions were prior to this month.




10. £410,000 – Hampton Road, Cotham

A 930 sq ft flat at 53 Hampton Road in the BS6 postcode area has been sold. It was on the market for two months and three days. The transfer of ownership was settled on 14 December, and the total purchase price was £410,000, £441 per sq ft.

The property comprises two bedrooms. The listing started with an asking price of £390,000.

9. £425,000 – Fernleigh Court 153-155, Redland Road, Redland

The sale of a flat in Fernleigh Court, 153-155 Redland Road, in the BS6 postcode area, has been finalised. It was sold for £425,000, and the sale date was 14 January after it had been on the market for five months and nine days.
