Grainger’s £257m Bristol investment reaches milestone
Residential landlord Grainger has reached the latest milestone in its £257m investment programme in Bristol after completing the second of three developments in the city.
Millwrights Place is a 231-apartment development across the river from Castle Park.
It is Grainger’s second build-to-rent development in Finzels Reach, following the successful launch of Hawkins & George in 2019.
Its third scheme, Glasshouse Square in the Redcliff Quarter, topped out in June and will be ready for its first tenants next year.
Helen Gordon, Chief Executive of Grainger, said: “We believe that Bristol is an excellent place to be investing, and our latest scheme, Millwrights Place, provides high-quality homes managed by a dedicated on-site team, raising the bar for Bristol renters.
“We look forward to welcoming our newest residents to Millwrights Place and to our continued delivery of new homes in this fantastic city with the 2025 launch of Glasshouse Square.”
Grainger’s three Bristol sites will have a total of 833 apartments once the Glasshouse Square development is completed.
