Axis Trustee Strengthens GIFT City Presence to Support India’s Expanding Global Financial Services Ecosystem

Axis Trustee Services Limited (ATSL), one of India’s leading trustee and fiduciary services providers, today announced the inauguration of its new office in Gujarat International Finance Tec-City (GIFT City), reinforcing its strategic commitment to India’s rapidly expanding international financial services ecosystem.

The office was inaugurated in the presence of Mr. Pradeep Ramakrishnan, Executive Director, International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA), Mr. Bipin Saraf, Chairman, Axis Trustee Services Limited, and Mr. Rahul Choudhary, Managing Director & CEO, Axis Trustee Services Limited.

The expansion strengthens ATSL’s ability to support financial institutions, issuers, fund managers and investors operating within GIFT City by offering specialised trustee, agency and fiduciary solutions for both domestic and cross-border transactions.

The GIFT City office will support the Company’s growing portfolio across Debt Capital Markets, Facility Agency, Security Trustees, Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Escrow Agency services, while also enabling newer opportunities emerging within the IFSC ecosystem, including cross-border structures and specialised fiduciary solutions.

The inauguration was followed by a roundtable conclave, with the keynote address by Mr. Pradeep Ramakrishnan, Executive Director, International Financial Services Centres Authority (IFSCA). The conclave was attended by senior industry participants who came together to discuss the evolving opportunities within the IFSC ecosystem, the growth of cross-border financial structures and fund platforms, and the role of strong governance and fiduciary frameworks in supporting the next phase of GIFT City’s development.

Speaking on the occasion, Mr. Bipin Saraf, Chairman, Axis Trustee, said:
