Century Immencity’s ‘It’s All Happening Here’ Campaign Sells a Lifestyle Ecosystem, Not Just Real Estate

Share

Mumbai: In a category where projects are often marketed through location advantages and infrastructure promises, Century Real Estate’s campaign for Century Immencity takes a different route. Rather than selling square footage, the campaign positions the upcoming 50+ acre mixed-use development as a destination where culture, commerce, hospitality and leisure converge.

Built around the thought, “It’s All Happening Here,” the campaign seeks to establish Immencity as a lifestyle ecosystem for a globally connected Bengaluru. The strategy begins with intrigue. Through a city-wide teaser campaign featuring cryptic billboards and evocative imagery, Century generated curiosity before revealing the project, creating anticipation around what was being positioned as a landmark destination for North Bengaluru.

The campaign film builds on this narrative through a global lens. Drawing inspiration from cultural and lifestyle icons across cities and countries—from Hong Kong-inspired dining and Parisian luxury to Vienna’s performing arts and Japanese cherry blossom experiences—the film creates a sense of aspiration before relocating these experiences into Immencity itself. The creative device reinforces the central proposition that residents and visitors can access globally inspired experiences within a single destination on Bengaluru’s Airport Road corridor.

A notable aspect of the campaign is its use of AI-led production. Rather than serving as a technology showcase, AI enables the brand to seamlessly blend multiple global references into a cinematic narrative, helping visualize the scale and ambition of the development. The approach reflects how real estate marketing is increasingly moving beyond static renders towards immersive storytelling.

The campaign also highlights Immencity’s diverse ecosystem, showcasing spaces such as the Urban Esplanade, Green Promenade, Business District, Gourmet District, Galleria, Opera Hall and hospitality experiences. Together, these elements reinforce the idea of an always-active destination where work, retail, entertainment and culture coexist.

Speaking about the campaign, Vikas Nair, Head of Marketing & Communications, Century Real Estate, said: “Century Immencity was envisioned as more than a development; it was conceived as a globally benchmarked urban ecosystem where culture, business, hospitality, leisure and community seamlessly converge. With ‘It’s All Happening Here,’ we wanted to capture the energy of a destination where something meaningful is always unfolding. The campaign reflects the aspirations of a globally connected Bengaluru and introduces a new way of experiencing city life in North Bengaluru.”

He further added: “Leveraging AI-led storytelling also enabled us to think and create at a much grander scale, bringing together global cultural inspirations, immersive experiences and cinematic narratives in a seamless way. It allowed us to build a campaign that not only showcases a destination, but also evokes the global aspirations and evolving lifestyle ambitions of a new-generation Bengaluru.”

Ultimately, the campaign succeeds in reframing the conversation from real estate ownership to destination-led living. By combining global aspiration, immersive storytelling and AI-driven execution, Century Real Estate positions Immencity not merely as a development, but as a new urban landmark designed around experiences, connectivity and culture.
