The General Secretariat of the Public Financial Management Reform Steering Committee (GSC) convened a meeting on Monday to review the progress of the Public Financial Management Reform Program (PFMRP) Phase IV in the first quarter (Q1), as part of efforts to strengthen public financial governance and improve budget management.
The meeting on the ‘Progress Report of the Public Financial Management Reform Program Phase IV, for the 1st Quarter 2026’ was chaired by Ros Seilava, Secretary of State of the Ministry of Economy and Finance (MEF) and also Secretary General of GSC, in Phnom Penh on June 29.
Toem Satya, Director of the General Affairs Department of the Accounting and Auditing Regulator (ACAR), and other technical officials also participated in the meeting to review and discuss the progress report, exchange views on key achievements and implementation challenges, and identify priorities for strengthening coordination among relevant institutions in support of the public financial management reform agenda.
