Killington Valley Real Estate Welcomes Rob Joyce

Share

Killington Valley Real Estate has added Rob Joyce to its team as a real estate agent, bringing experience in sales, finance, mortgage lending and hospitality along with several years of involvement in the Killington community.

Originally from the greater Boston area, Joyce graduated from Boston College with a bachelor’s degree in communication and a minor in finance. His professional background includes work in sales, banking and mortgage lending, as well as experience with a real estate law firm.

Joyce first arrived in Killington in fall 2019, planning to spend one winter in Vermont. The stay became permanent as he built connections in the community and embraced the area’s outdoor lifestyle.

An avid skier and cyclist, Joyce has since worked in several of Killington’s recreation and hospitality businesses. His local experience includes positions at Basin Sports and Base Camp Ski & Bike, as well as working as a ski instructor at Killington Resort.

Joyce also works in hospitality at the Woodstock Inn & Resort, adding to a customer-service background that he will now carry into his real estate work.

“I’m happy to be part of the team at Killington Valley Real Estate,” Joyce said. “I look forward to putting my knowledge of and connection to the community to work for my clients.”

Founded in 1973, Killington Valley Real Estate has operated in the Killington community for more than 50 years. The locally owned firm is led by owner and principal broker Bret Williamson.

Joyce joins a team that includes Williamson, Judy Storch, Cathy Quaglia, Laura Derderian, Doug Quatchak, Walter Findeisen and Gary Thompson.

Killington Valley Real Estate’s main office is located at 2281 Killington Road, with an additional office at the Killington Grand Resort Hotel.

Joyce can be reached at 617-999-4462 or [email protected].
